Register organisation for accepting exchange at the Global scale. Mainly some people resist this change because they don't need to change their working platforms as becoming world class would implement better and increased responsibility. They are directly avoiding the increase responsibility hence they are reluctant to the change.
This resistance can be mitigated by calling proper meeting as well as implementing instructions in the organisation and a rewarding employees. This type of approach would help an organisation to maintain productive and to successfully except the change which was implemented into the organisation.

Google is fine example of world class organisation. We have extremely well defined work structure as well as their quality of services is extremely good. By providing intensive care to the customer and increasing the overall customer experience Google has successfully set up itself as a global brand.
Once and it was involved in not paying its employees in the Outsourcing countries such as Bangladesh and China. This unethical term was used by Nike which produces its brand identity by a huge margin.

Blogging can affect the Change management at a verified scale. By properly providing information to the Employees and consistently updating the blog by providing information about the different monetary compensation as well as other programs inside the organisation one can easily increase the overall level of adaptability regarding the change.
Blogging can be considered as a professional career if you are consistently blogging and have a keen interest in the specific field in which you are blogging. This type of approach requires better selection of words and good writing capabilities. Without good writing capabilities nobody can blog. as it is totally dependent on technology, rise of social media platforms and other digital platforms have decrease the overall level of attention for the blogging.

What are the most important problems which was implemented into the business was the record system. This type of approach required my organisation to change accordingly and to implement the electronic health record systems, which benefit in the company by a huge margin and improve its profitability as well is increasing its productivity.
