Expert Solution

In the novel a third person perspective is used . Also in the novel objective descriptions are provided .The book revolves around an explorative viewpoint point of the society which provides the reader access to different viewpoints of the characters in a multidimensional way .We can take example from the book such as Mr Hollande's ordeal to come back and reconnect with his hometown .This is told from his perspective .Similarly Boro goes through the same kind of battle . Here the perspective has been changed .When talking about the perspectives of the children like Njorge and Mwihaki the reader will be able to look and explore the children perspective of the situation .For the children the situation is not grave at all.It also sheds light on the cultural assumptions as when the children aks that why there was no learning in Africa before the white people .This show how the value is placed on wetern thought and culture .
