Freedom of expression - First Amendment in the USA: The Freedom of Expression in US and its first amendments that the US constitution prevents congress from making any law respecting an religion establishment, prohibiting the free exercise of religion, abridging the freedom of speech and freedom of speech, the rights to have peacefully assembly etc. Thus the US government want to prevent for making any law and regulation which can impact the freedom of expression in US.
Rights given to other countries particularly North Korea:
Rights given to other countries are similar to the rights in the developed countries. All countries have the freedom of expression, freedom of speech etc. Thus at the international level, all human rights are available.
North Korea provides the freedom of expression, but in practice, all media are controlled by the government. The freedom of expression is not being followed at North Korea and government had a high control on people. Human rights are not followed in North Korea.
Discuss Freedom of Expression: The Freedom of Expression means the human beings are free to hold their opinions and free to express their opinion without interference of others. The Human beings needs to behave responsibly and respect others in the society. All human being in any part of the world, are free to hold their opinion on any subject and they have freedom to express their opinions thoughts. This provides the freedom for individual thought process and individual perceptions in the society. Thus all human beings are free to hold and express their opinion, everyone has a right to receive and impart information and ideas without interference by public authority and regardless of frontiers.
Comparing freedom of expression in the United States to freedom of expression in North Korea: US has ideal environment for freedom of expression, where legally all human rights are protected and ensured for implementation, but North Korea do not have good practice and implementation of freedom of expression right for their citizens. The North Korea government has high controls and prohibits the ideal execution of human rights/ freedom of expression in the country.
