The multinational organisation that gets a lot of media attention and the most people are aware of in my locality is PHILIPS .Philips has a good organizational culture because I personally know a lot of people who work for Philips and according to the primary charterstics I will be listing them below

* Innovation ; Philips is known for innovation and it tries to come out with innovative products every now and then and it is one of the most trusted brand in electronics here and also the motto of Philips is innovation and you hence it so always at it's innovative best .

*Attention to detail ; Philips is known as the best in the business because of the uniqueness of their products and the detailing every product has and not only that I'm personally a user of their products and they pay attention to every bit .

*Outcome orientation ; Philips has an amazing outcome and the reason why is because it has such employees and the innovative ideas and creation and techniques that the outcome is always good and consistant.

*people orientation ; Philips priorities it's employees and the customers hence before making any changes or decisions they do consider the customers and employees and more the employees are given their importance and are involved in every decisions within the firm.

*Team orientation; As I know inside Philips they usually work in teams and different teams and different peoplefrom.around the world are a group here and they work on projects together in teams.

*Aggressiveness ; the people who work for Philips are quiet competitive and also Philips itself is competitive because as I mentioned earlier it is one of the best in its business hence it is very aggressive and competitive in its art.

*stability ;As I know this firm is quet stable be it in its innovation or launching of products or even the consistency that it works in to prove it's line of work.
