Many people get all or most of their news from social media. For this project, we are going to be analyzing the content of several social media sites from major news sources, paying particular attention to social media standards, practices, and regulation.

Where do you get your news? Start by going to one major news site's FACEBOOK page (CNN, MSNBC, FOX, etc.) Try another different news site's TWITTER feed, and third choose another social media site such as Reddit, Pinterest, or another (preferably one you use, if there is one).

Analyze the sites in a 3-5 page total paper. In your analysis, be sure to include the following:

General introduction to your thoughts on the social media you studied

Several social media practices you observed (e.g., what gets the most interaction?)

Examples of regulation of social media and discussion of such regulation (Is it good, bad, or indifferent? How could circumstances change the situation?)

Analysis of ethical concerns (e.g., can you see examples of bias?)

What is the culture of each site – how do users seem to respond to questionable items? (Is racism or open mocking ignored or pursued?)

social media; it is a online platform.where people use to share contents profiles openions.there are number of social media sites eg;facebook,twitter,pinterest,tnstagram,etc.now a days in day to day life everyone blindly depending upon these sites.peopl sharing their happiness, sadness everything through these sites..these sites are good platforms for business and marketing also.we can get any information about anything and we can talk with anyone through these sites.

coming to the main topic where do i get news ? i used to get news from news papers and news channels but now these are old ways and ittle bit late when compared to these sites .i also prepered to get news from these sites mainly from facebook.i use facebook to get news we can know every single news within a 5 min of time ,of the news actually happend.it is major social media through out the world.it is a good source for news and information ..and another source is twitter it is also a good option for news and updates of any iisuues.many of politicians and celebrities uses twitter for addressing people through twitterfeed.mainly politicians shares their views through this twitter.this is also good site for news and updates.third one pinterest it is also good source.but i dont prefer this site for news .we can find answers for any question in this site .

we are living in the era where social media plas a major role in day to day life.everthing depnds on technology.people are learning ,earnig,teaching everthing through these social sites.many business are happening throgh facebook pages.even we can transfer money through fb.every social media has its privacy policy.if anyone posted something against to their policy they may get risk.social media has advantages at the same time disadvantages too.it is agood platform for news ,business,learning,teaching etc.now a days peple are addcted to this sies.people forgot to think with theirs brains blindly depends on this sites.coming to ethical concern for examlpe in twitter person should share information in the form of text which limts 140 words.in fb profile owner can share information via text video or image also.each sites have their policies and terms and regulations also.

conclusion; socail media is essential tool in day to day life.it has mixed openions it is good for sone extent same time have some bad experiences.over use of social media is hazards.mainly youth is addicting to these sites.now a days cyber cries are increasing rapidly.its is good if we use in proper and for good causes.it is good for updates news ,entertainment,in some cases earing through teaching etc.finally social media has mixed openions good and bad..limited usage of anything is tgood for persons and soiety also.
