Evironmental regulation is a business ethic that says that every business has a commitment towards the preservation and conservation of the environment and has a corporate liability towards our environment and its natural resources humans health and animal protection .In a nut shell every business has to regulate how much pollution a facility releases and also conservation and maintaining health of ecosystems protecting land, assuring well being of all species.

The environment management system may defer from country to country ,jurisdiction to jurisdiction and business to business , some of the cases of exceptions are as follows:

• Small business are exemted from many of the regulations due to its small scale of operation and the quantum of impact it has on environment like If your business has less than 10 employees, you will be exempted from requirements that obligate you to report workplace hazards and also for any discrimation in employment regulation act, employee compensation regulations etc.
• If the regulation voilates any area of public interest or asks for disclosure or sharing of personal data then a business can refuce or get exception for the rule under the Data Protection Act
• if any regulation is aimed at disrupting the public authority’s performance
• The regulation would create unreasonable High costs or a diversion or exploitaion and wastage of resources
• Any hinderance to privacy of the business and its clients which leads to harmful consequences of disclosure.
