Now this angry behaviour was because of the fight that happen few days back on the dinner table and dad was not able to come to a conclusion. And so his anger was suppressed deep down in his system.

- Anger is found to be released due to social issues like inequality for your rights, injustice in a court case, socially unacceptable behaviours like eve teasing, snatching, robbing or killing someone to death.
Anger is considered a negative emotion because it has negative outcome attached. But it is also true, that one should vent out their repressed emotions and feelings. As it is dangerous to hide aggressive feelings. It is recommended to talk and share or manage your anger in the best possible way for you . Go for a run or exercise, write it down on a piece of paper, or talk to the person who could help you come out positively.
