The Woolong Company produces high-end vacuum cleaners and has hired you to oversee the development and release of their latest product. A preliminary project initiation meeting will result in the identification of the project sponsor, selection of a project manager, and creation of the project charter. A manager in the production department who knows you are taking a college project management course asks you to prepare a report to help them prepare for the meeting by answering the following questions:
What are the expected results of the

What is the potential impact to the company if the
project is not finished well?

In the modern era, most of them are likely to use the vaccum cleaner product. As a well known company like Wooling Company producing a high end product, the households expecting a better product performance. So the project highly concentrated to how the launch of the new product in a very catching way attarct the people.
By market study and findings and with the help of questionnaire the project manager can reach a conclusion whether the product is acceptable by the people or not.
In the case of vaccum cleaner product, the customer satisfaction is one of the main factor in the success of product.
What is the potential impact to the company if the project is not finished well?
By the statistical analysis using various project testing methods like, Chi-Square Test, Variance Analysis, ANOVA, Correlation, Rank Test etc is very usefull to get the project analyis and by this we can conclude the project whether it is acceptable or not. Therefore company must rethink about the product, if the project is not acceptable. If a project is failure or not finished well the company cannot launch the product because it will not success.
If the project is not finished well, it is not favourable to the company. So the company must change the product by the customer opinion. Customers opinions are collecting by the way of questionnaires.
