2. What are some of the strategies to improve self-management?
1.)Self-management is handling and organizing one's personal activities by being independent.In current generation,self-management is important both in personal and professional life. Few business owners tend to hire people who posses self-management skills so that they will complete their work voluntarily without waiting for orders and instructions from higher department.Self-management makes a person to execute his/her own tasks without depending on others.It increases one's self esteem,confidence and makes a person independent.
2.)A person can improve self-management by adopting few strategies.If these strategies are followed and practised then one can increase self-management skills.To acquire self-manangement skills,one should prepare the list of tasks to be performed and the person should daily practise to perform those tasks independently.Intially that person might make mistakes while completing tasks but he/she need to realise,rectify and work on those mistakes.Then he/she should slowly work on completing2-3 tasks at a time.At initial stage, the person might find it difficult to perform 2 or more tasks at a time as it would lead to mental stress.At this stage,person should even work on managing stress and should try to improve mental health.This helps in gaining peace of mind and doesn't effect one's work and can manage one's self efficiently.In the event of improving self-managemnent one shouldn't lose calm and should try to maintain peaceful atmosphere and good relations with other people.This boosts mind of the person and helps to concentrate on work.Self-management is not only completing tasks independently but also managing the time and adopting healthy habits like being punctual,reading a book,eating healthy food,growing plants,etc.These habits make us efficient in handling things individually.Hence,these are the strategies which helps to improve self-management.One can acquire self-management skills if these strategies are adopted.
