Lenovo is one of the most famous examples of the utilization of ERP this is why I am selecting Lenovo for the purpose of this question.

LG is a giant of a company with subsidiaries in a large number of countries. In order to augment the working of their HR department, they utilized ERP as the solution to this problem. IT included performance management systems, staff portals, helping and training the staff and other measures allowed Lg to centrally control the different departments. Save a huge cost of money and time in their process due to gaining efficiency and essentially utilized the process to share the best practices among its various centers.

Businesses can implement this system in their model at a smaller scale to essentially get to the same result at their own growth size. This is due to the fact that the ERP system generalized all the functions of the company in a particular order which allowed operational efficiency to Lenovo in the long run and allowed them to integrate their different centers into a centralized process with help of standardizing the HR practices and essentially enables them to create a centralized process which can also be enacted into the system by other companies. Especially if you consider the benefits it has in training the staff and improving the efficiency of the process, Trained employees are the difference between efficient and inefficient process and this is why Lenovo's strategy can be a good fit for most because at the fundamental this is what they have tried to implement.

(I will be happy to assist you with any further questions that you might have. If you feel that the answer has helped you, please help me by giving a positive feedback)
