Value refer to hidden potential which develop inner respect. If any organization care all those responsible factor which is capable to uphold interest of all. when organization concentered toward Humanity then organization treat its employee as asset and not liability. Organization takes care of employee basic requirement and health hygiene issue. Secondly focusing to environment each organization has to shoulder some responsibility to contribute to maintain balance of nature.

explanation - If organization hiring employee from society say for 20 to 35 years. Then after 35 year, whats organization is returning to society, a person who got exhausted after service & not further use for organization.

Thus in case of IBM - Its department of welfare care lots to maintain beast treatment for its employee to maintain balance of nature. This involve providing good work environment and provide sufficient tainting to its employee so that employee will be capable to maintain stander of mental & physical health while on duty as well after retirement.

As human being is part & unit of society or external environment, but moment he got recruited for IBM as employee he become internal element. And IBM care from social point of view and maintain certain value for its employee. That's why most of scholar wants to be employee of IBM. Thus IBM maintain culture to protect environment.
