Has Geely done enough to improve long terms prospects of Volvo

The answer to the question is both a yes and a no. I say this because, while, Geely has done a lot to improve the future prospects of Volvo, he is still not done. He is still, as they say, “Hard on the throttle” and there seems to be no signs of him stopping. He effectively converted his leadership style to fit that of both the companies. Effectively merged his company with that of Volvo’s resources and effectively allowed the exchange of technology and process effectively between the two companies. Especially in the Chinese market, the company has made huge leaps and bound where its cars are being appreciated by the consumers and therefore, the entire process that Geely undertook with his acquisition of Volvo has been paid back in full. Volvo is achieving major growth and therefore, it can be said that his strategies are being well received by the people as well as the company itself.
