4 expectations of employees from the management are as follows-

A. Fair payment of wage- it is the utmost priority of employees that they should be paid a fair wage that will help them survive and sustain so they will be expecting that employers will be paying them a fair rate of wage that will be helping them to satisfy their needs which will be in line with the industry standard.

Example would be payment of wages which are uniform and in line with the industries standards.

B. Timely payment of wages- employees will also expect that wages are paid on time so there would not be any delay for them to make their payments and they could be able to meet with their needs on time and they do not have deferred payments.

Example would be payment of wages at the beginning of the month.

C. Chances of promotion- Employees should be expecting that they should be having a fair chance of promotion if they are performing according to the expectations and they should be having fair probability of getting promoted to higher post if they are performing according to the standards.

Example would be expectation of promotion to upper posts.

D. Having a secured job- Another expectation of employees is to secure their job from the employers so they do not face any kind of Unemployment due to changing economic cycles and they can survive and sustain in those adverse economic cycle so they will be wanting a high level of job security from employers.

Example- having a secured job at the time of coronavirus crisis.
