give three examples of time management in organization
example 1 - goal setting - making a goal that should be done, and accordingly managing the intermediate tasks to reach that goal. e.g the project team sets a goal and to reach that goal it makes use of the timeline by means of the deadline to complete particular tasks associated to reach that goal so the intermediate tasks are done before the set deadline and the goal is reached by means of the timely use of the time.
example 2 -prioritizing - prioritizing the work according to the relative importance which should be done in line to increase the efficiency of the work. eg the team carries out the project so the team focuses on prioritizing the work on the relative importance the most important work is done first next in this way it manages the work efficiently with better use of the time.
example 3 - organizing - this is about setting the authority an effective relationship among the selected workers in order, the organization can work effectively this helps in the effective delegation of the duty to the workers and organizing the authority so that particular work should be looked upon with accountability. eg - the organization takes the project for proper time management it makes authority which is responsible to take out that project on time by this the said authority will be accountable for the project. so by organizing the workplace take out effective time management.
