1.the stages are
Taking -in phase :- mother's need mothering themselves so they can successfully mother their new babies.
Taking-hold phase :- during this phase,parents focus on learning to care for their new baby.
Letting-go phase:- parents combine their personal goals with responsibilities
2.in fourth trimester,baby get started on from refining and developing all her senses and controlling her reflexes to learning how to respond to you and your partner,breathing more steadily,developing more controlled movements,learning self soothe,baby is likely to cry more,baby starting to mimic the sounds,baby can lift his head and chest,can rolling over,can open and close hands,shake toys etc.
3.the elements are
A-alone
B-alwaus put your baby to sleep in his back
C-put your baby in a safety approved crib.
Bedsharing helps in protect against sudden infant death,keep breast feeding, and maintain temperature of baby.
4.truine means three in one or can define as group also.should work in group of multitalented peoples.
5.it is a parenting philosophy that proposes methods which aim to promote the attachment of mother and infant by continuous bodily closeness and touch.
