Assume that a union has organized the faculty at the university or the college where you are a student. What impact would you expect the union to have on the faculty? How would a faculty union affect the students’ educational experience? Explain.

- I expect more positive impact of the faculty union on an university or institute's faculty as compared to the adjunct or contingent faculty members.

• One of the major benefit is that it saves a large part of the cost to the institutions, which was invested on profoundly on the administration & other secondary activities.
• It pursuade the institutions to allocate higher percentage of education - related budget to the instructions and its core mission as compared to its non- unionized counterpart institutions.
• In unionized institutions lower percentage of the education related budget is being devoted to the administration.
• It has come as the full time solution to the problems caused by the adjuncts.
• The faculty unions also forfeit the issues rising due to the faculty bargaining efforts resulting into the better faculty support services.

Also, the more integrated, negotiable, organized, two-way & continuous education system is feasible with the organization of the faculty unions.

- The faculty unions would affect the students's educational experience also in a positive manner, As per the following reasons

• Students will have the benefit of having more tenure track & tenured faculty members.
• More cost spending on academic support categories ranging from advising centers to study abroad centers.
• More focus on classroom educational activities, hence the more emphasis on the core process.
• Strong educational relationships & understandings due to the continuity in work by same professor from semester to semester.

Thus, employing of the faculty union by any university or institution results into the more academic proficient, cost effective & efficient educational system which in turn results into the betterment of it's students.
