Internal communications are an important part of a business process, not only does it allow the different departments of the company to interact, it also allows for the exchange of ideas, building relationships and general communications within a company. This is the framework which allows the employees to understand the dynamics of their relationship and for the company to teach their employees how to stay ethical in whatever functions they perform. This can be seen as the channel of communication by a management with the employees, to teach them new things and inculcate a feeling of morality and righteousness. On the other hand, external communications between the company and its partnerships, ventures, consumers and even the general population present its views on how it perceives the environment. Essentially, this means that the way the company communicate with the outside channel presents us with the social responsibility and how it considered by the company as a whole.
