According to me there are various security and privacy issue in an organization which are explained below in detail:

1. Careless Workers:

• The workers who work in organization can be careless.
• workers who are not trained properly in security and privacy with best practices can be a critical issue.
• The workers who are not guided properly, can mistakenly leak the data due to lack of proper knowledge.

2. Mobile Phones:

• when the workers uses mobile phones to share information,there is always a risk of security.
• In my point of view, mobiles phones have affected many organizartions in last year.
• Number of scams like OTP information provide to other people will resulting in secuirty and privacy leakage.

3. HACKERS:

• The hackers can easily track the information related to any organisation.
• The haker tries to access the data and security without the permission.
• The haker can missuse the organisation private information.

4. unsecured wireless:

• If an organization uses unsecured wireless network to perform it's activities.
• Then the other users can easily see and use organization wireless network.
• This will be resulting in stealing the organization data & security.

5. Employess Error:

• The employee errors can affect organization security and privacy.
• The unaware or untrained employess can use weak passwords, which will be resulting in organization data leakage.
• Sometimes employess of the organization are tempted to use the money to leake the private information.

There are many ways by which we can deal with the security and privacy issues in an organization, which are explained below:

• The organization should terminate those accounts that are no longer in use this will decrease the risk of security and privacy leakage.
• The organization should trainned their employees, so they can protect themselves from scams.
• The organization should informed their workers to always use strong passwords.
• The oragnization employess should implement mobile security solutions that protect their mobile devices and decrease the risk of leakage of private information
• The organisation should update their software daily to protect itself from scams and frauds.
• The use of effective Anti-Virus will keep organisation safe from threats related to security and privacy.
