here I am going to describe how would I ensure that the conflict between the two departments in my community which is not working together after the flood because of priority conflicts among the leaders of the organization would be solved and do not hinder the post-disaster operations.

Natural disasters uncertain and can happen anytime all we can do is predict the disaster and can do some things to protect ourselves and some post-disaster recovery things to make sure that no one is harmed. When in the time of any kind of natural disaster, everyone should be together and be with each other in times of hardship. There is no meaning of being in a conflict that can do no good to anyone. at this time the departments in the community are not working together after the flood because of priority conflict among the leaders of the organizations but there can be several things that can be done to make sure that this conflict does not handle the post-disaster operations such as:-

1) CREATING AWARENESS:- when at the time of any kind of natural disasters such as the flood has occurred in the community, we must definitely create the awareness among both the departments that this is not the time to have a conflict with each other but it is the time to be with each other and help each other to make sure that no one is harm and everyone is safe.

2) CREATING HARMONY AND PEACE:- this is the most important thing to do as creating harmony and peace between the people is the most effective way to solve the conflicts and also to avoid the panic at the time of such condition. Deepa nikal do no good to anyone but peace and harmony would definitely be playing a significant role to help people.

3) HOLDING COMMUNITY MEETINGS:- holding community meetings would definitely help the communities are the departments to solve their conflict as they will talk about the issues out. they will reach a conclusion and then it would be very helpful in the solving of the conflict they are having.
