ZUMBA is a fun healthy programme. It helps to develop a healthy lifestyle and provides a fitness as a natural part of their lives. Moreover to become healthy a healthy body and mind is an essentual thing. ZUMBA gives both physical and mental benefits. Physically it promotes the body fitness and physical health. Mentally it gives entertainment, enjoyment and mind refreshment.
Taking part in after-school activities gives them social skills such as working with others, communicating, adjustment, being responsible for one's actions. They can apply these skils in other areas of life also.
