Dear All,

As you know COVID-19 is spreading rapidly across multiple states in the country and the main cause of its spread is people to people contact. In order to protect our employees, customers, vendors and other stakeholders, we are making the following changes to the way we, as an organization, will work over the next few weeks. Please consider these as mandatory guidelines applicable till 30th April 2020, post which we will review them and advise future course of action.

Work from home: We are advising all employees, except those handling critical assets / operations, to work from home starting coming Monday. Please utilize the time between today and coming Sunday to obtain any assets (e.g., computers, speakers) that you need from your respective offices to set up your home offices. Those handling critical assets / operations will be issued special passes allowing them to come to office for work.

Customer interaction: Given our aim to always help our customers get the maximum benefit out of their investments, please ensure that you keep in touch with the customers on a continual basis, using phone or any other technology, but avoiding in person meetings.

Vendor interaction: Vendors bringing delivery of items that have already been ordered will be required to leave those items in a garage which has been specified as a staging area, till they are disinfected and brought to the offices. We won't be issuing new purchase orders for items other than those needed for critical operations.

These are difficult times and for employees who have school going children and therefore would have challenges working effectively from home, are requested to work with their managers on arrangements that would help them reduce their hours by prioritizing the most important tasks.

Thanks and regards
