Distribution Plan for Alexa Echo-

My product Alexa Echo is AI inbuilt smart speaker which helps our consumers to make thier day to day task easy and make their life convenient. In order to distribute My product to end consumer, Following channels will be included-

Distribution by Online Market-

Under this Channel, Customers will be able to order alexa Echo online. They can make payment online or Cash on delivery if applicable.

The Companies which would sell My alexa Echo would be Amazon, Flipkart, Ebay. Customers just have to search the product and add to cart and pay for the product. The product will be deliverd to thier address by courier.

Customers only need Smartphone, internet connection and company's app or access to shopping site in order to make order. This is very easy and most common way trending to do shopping any product.

Distribution by Brick and mortar-

Brick and mortar are very traditional way to distribute A product. In my distribution plan they play important role because Not all customers will be able to get this product due to pin code or zip code unavailability by online sites.

Amazonn stores-

Customers can go to Amazon stores and buy the product. if they have not available then customers can make advanced booking and then product will be delivered to them.

Third party authorzed sellers-

These are parties who have authorization to sell products of Amazon. Customers can find them in Malls, complexes etc then make purchase of Amazon echo.

Retail stores-

Retail stores are present in every city. Our Amazon echo will be distributed by Walmart, Costco, Best buy supermarket and stores.
