Expert Solution

Doctrine of empiricism embrace that every knowledge gains from the experience, & from our communication with the environment by our senses or reasoning. Empiricism, is been contrasted to nativism, that embrace that at least few knowledge is not needed by communication with environment, but is genetically innate adn transmitted. To put it other direction, few theoreticians have been placed their theories on factors of environment while some believed that it is the factors of innate which decide the addition of language. It is ,significant to note that nurturists disagree with the ideas of nativist . Only the load they lay on the innate and environmental factors is tiny. Nativist states that there is a  language acquisition device theory in the brain which is authorise for learning a language.

The commonly used theory is the nativist theory, that states that we are born with things in our genes which permits us to understant the language
