Observable Behaviour is an overt behavior that is assessed on the basis of stimulus and response reactions. A kind of behaviour which can be seen and judged. And, covert is the one which is not seen and cannot be measured like all the cognitive processes such as thoughts, mental processes like calculation of a problem but it's result will be seen on the paper when the math problem is solved.
Behavior Therapy is a broad terminology used for treating psychological problems related to mind. It is a sky term for cognitive psychotherapy and derive from the schools of behaviourism and theories of classical and operant / instrumental conditioning. Mental health issues like several clinical disorders, Behavioural issues, adolescent issues, childhood disorders are treated using behaviour therapies like Cognitive behaviour therapy, behaviour modification techniques.
Cognitive behaviourism or Cognitive behaviour therapy is based on the model of how we think ( cognition) , how we feel ( emotion) and how we act ( behavior). CBT is applied in treatment of critical psychological disorder like schizophrenia and depression.
Cognitive Mapping / brain mapping is the mental respresentation of ideas, thoughts , processes that help us understand patterns and recognise issues in different situations/ cases.
