Answer--Employees involvement and participation programs in type of programs which promote the company loyalty and trust toward the employees which encourages the employees of the organization to take mental ownership and responsibility of the business.In the employees involvement and participation programs ,top level management discusses each and every activity which is related to the business,in which suggestions are taken by the employees about how to increase the productivity ,safety standards in the workplace, business goals and objectives.In the employees involvement participation programs,different mediums are used to take suggestions of the employees through the use of suggestion box,in which employees can share their suggestion through this box and ideas campaign are also used to take different ideas from the employees to strength the organization.

The employees involvement and participation programs is not so expensive ,but it is a time consuming process ,as all the activities takes place within the organization and all the resources are  available in the office premises so its not quite expensive process.
