Explain the concept of lean production to all who are going to be involved in the implementation and execution of lean manufacturing. The focus should be on explaining the features, advantages which can be obtained in production activities , how it will be beneficial in improving the overall layout of the organization, improving inventory management, developing and executing work schedules, controlling different types of wastes in the firm, how to reallocate the different workspace and effective implementation of workflows.
