1.QCI( Quality Council of I ndia) is being selected.

some of the objectives are:

· Establish and maintain an accreditation structure in the country

· Provide right and unbiased information on quality related standards

· Spread quality movement in the country through National Quality Campaign

· Facilitate upgradation of equipments and techniques related to quality

· Represent India’s Interest in International forums

· Help establish brand equity of Indian products and services

In all the aspects the customers are involved.

If you see the first objective that is to maintain and establish an accreditation we need the support of the customers. Moreover the second objective states right for the customers to get information regarding the quality related standards. So the customer is fully involved in all these objectives and this give them the freedom to choose their own products and to question the producers in case of any substandard quality

2.

Quality objectives are measurable goals relevant to enhancing customer satisfaction and are consistent with the quality policy. These objectives are initially established when planning your QMS and redefined in management reviews as needed. Examples can include goals to improve on time delivery, defects, or scrap

Quality objectives are goals for the value of products, services and processes. It is a basic quality management process to establish a set of quality objectives. Unlike a quality policy, that is set at the top level of an organization, quality objectives can be specific to a department, team, process or project.

The objectives should be designed to be S.M.A.R.T (specific, measurable, achievable, realistic and time-based) and should have relevance at all levels of the company, meaning that each employee should understand how their job supports meeting the Quality Objectives
