Emotion is a state of thinking that results in physical and psychological changes influencing behavior. Emotion is any conscious experience of intense mental activity and some degree of pleasure. Emotions are not only body sensations in which we feel joy and pain, but mental experiences in which we feel pleasure and displeasure, or both simultaneously. Emotions are part of self-consciousness and experience. If we dream or feel joy, our brain changes something and we dream or feel an emotion, a dream-like feeling. Emotional physiology is closely connected to the nervous system's arousal with specific stages and arousal levels related to particular emotions. Emotion is also related to behavioral pattern. Extroverted people are more likely to be social and show their feelings, whereas introverted people are often withdrawn socially and hide their feelings. Emotions are the result of conscious experience generating a difference in neural activity between emotions and an external task that may involve some degree of awareness. If the task that arouses our emotion is simple, at first, we'll feel enjoyment. If our task is complex, our sense of pleasure diminishes as the stimuli doesn't directly challenge us. Individuals with various forms of anxiety , depression and stress can have stronger or weaker mental , physical and social responses to these experiences. Some people's emotional experiences are optimistic. Some people also feel affected by their moods. Although these people are in contact with their emotions, other people can misunderstand their feelings. For other ideas, cognition is an essential component of emotion that can help us control our minds or accomplish other purpose or objective for our immediate or future happiness. The most successful teams and individuals are those that are able to show off their emotions, which will give them something to aspire towards.
