One should keep these things in mind when communicating with someone:
Consideration towards other’s emotions: Did you ever come across a situation after a conversation where you thought, “It must be so important for her, why did she tell me about it?” For instance, a distant friend tells you something unimportant according to you, there should be an emotional awareness that the person is trying to tell you something and they might be trying to open up about their emotions.
Consider your feelings:
During communication, a lot of times your own emotions are triggered while someone is reciting their experiences. Sometimes, when you feel a strong connection of emotions, you should pay more attention. For example, if you are in a good mood you will agree to do things you might otherwise choose not to.
