Learning process absolutely depends on child's psychology. Learning is a mental process. The success of learning depends on the activity of the mind. It depends on the mood, attention, personality and desire of a child. Such factors are discussed in the field of psychology. In a class the output of learning varies due to such factors.

In a class a teacher needs to create a learning atmosphere. His primary duty is to draw the attention of the children to the study. A teacher needs to be familiar with the child psychology. He needs to be aware which class he is teaching. He should have full knowledge of the children of this age group. He takes different approach on the basis of this age group.

So the primary questions that a researcher must explain:

  • What steps suit the child?
  • How do the teachers maintain balance in the children of different intellegence?
  • What steps should a teacher take to uplift the backward children?
  • How do the teachers create a learning atmosphere?
  • What attitude should a teacher maintain in the classroom?
  • How does a teacher combine various learning methods in different situations?

Naturally such questions need to be fully answered by the researchrrs. The teacher should know the problems of each student and the steps depend on the need of the students. So, the teacher should be aware various psychological levels. He should be aware who are more attentive and who have lack of interest. The psychology of a child greatly depends on the environment and home atmosphere of a child. So, if a teacher finds any odd situation due to disorder psychology in a child, he should know the background and consult with the guardians to impart effective learning.
