Learning process absolutely depends on child's psychology. Learning is a mental process. The success of learning depends on the activity of the mind. It depends on the mood, attention, personality and desire of a child. Such factors are discussed in the field of psychology. In a class the output of learning varies due to such factors.
In a class a teacher needs to create a learning atmosphere. His primary duty is to draw the attention of the children to the study. A teacher needs to be familiar with the child psychology. He needs to be aware which class he is teaching. He should have full knowledge of the children of this age group. He takes different approach on the basis of this age group.
