Reasons for developing countries' underdevelopment :
1. Financial incapibility - There are largely varying gaps in income in the different social classes of developing countries. Developing countries often lack fundamental skills and knowledge added with the necessary resources for upscaling growth.
2. Poor leadership/governnance - Implementation being the most crucial step in certain fiscal policies, end up having stagnated results as governments are mostly indulged in political fiascos with oppositions and others. While on paper, policies and manifestos look great, the application part is often lacking.
3. Religious and ethnic misunderstandings - This has been a key problem in most developing countries like India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Nigeria, et al. While this creates division and differences, there are often economic conflicts of interests which have big ramifications,
4. Corruption - Scams and mismanagement of capital is often wasted throughout developing countries and this hampers economic growth.
5. Infrastructure - To scale up economic growth, massive investments are required in infrastructure; developing countries have debt and investing more adds pressure on their economies.
