Amazon is known for highly competitive strategy when it comes to competing with its peers and performing its operation and it has been criticized for performing lack of social responsibility or it has also been criticized for paying very less of taxes. this company is highly centralised around Jeff Bezos who is the owner of the company and this company isalways trying to acquire more of the market share through such techniques which could be inappropriate at times and and social at times but Amazon does not find it any bad.
The policy of Amazon in terms of dealing with his employees have been highly criticized because there is a high level of employee satisfaction and employee turnover and it's always try to treat its employees as machine rather than humans and a company is always looking for making a higher rate of return.
From a business point of view, the company's profits are increasing and it will be sustainable because the companies having a competitive edge and Monopoly in various segments of the market and it is also catering to the global customers so it can be said that the company is highly focused at making high profits and sustaining it in the long run, but when it comes to the social responsibility of the company this company has not been up to the mark and always been criticized for his lack of efforts related to upliftment of society
