I will prepare a marketing plan for my Fresh food retail outlet business.
Now, we shall see its marketing mix plan as a part of marketing basics:
1) Product: Our product will be designed in such a way that it will attract customers of all age. We will offer vegetarian food along with focusing on only low diet /calorie dishes and snacks. Some cuisines will be included from the countries like Mexico, India, China, Australia etc. We shall offer food which will be in habit to Americans customers.
2) Place: We shall first start our business with two cities California and New York. Gradually, we will make our name with each cities of the United States of America. Our food can be ordered via mobile applications as well as from the web platform.
3) Price: We will focus to offer low price food as compared to competitors in the Industry. Our aim will be to provide food to Americans in low price having high quality conscious vision to our food chain across the USA.
4) Promotion: To provide our business a boost, we shall use online tools, campaign, pamphlets, signage board, TV commercial, etc. to attract the local customers. We shall provide some discounts to loyal customers.
Apart from these 4Ps, I will utilize 3 extended Ps,
5) People: We shall hire staff and then moderate them as per our mission and vision. We shall train them to deliver exceptional service to the visiting customers. We shall provide all the benefits to our valuable people.
6) Process:
We shall focus to simplify our business process in such a way that customer feel quite happy with our offerings. Payment can be done via wallet and online transfer, card swap etc. Any order can be placed by just adding the selected menu to the cart.
7) Physical evidence:
Our interior will be world class. We shall offer a high class ambience to our customers. We have all the basic facilities as well as some arrangement to the entertainment facility.
