Conflicts happen oftenly among street cops and management cops. This happens because the street cops who work the streets and the mamagement cops who manage the street cops may have different priorities and goals. Commonly the police officers are pleased in doing their work with lowest interference.

There is a chance for conflict as there is a mutual dependence between the street cops and the management cops. The police officers try to enlarge their authority while managers try to set a limit to that authority.

The law and enforcement agencies are having a bureaucratic structure. They are often described as bureaucratic agency because, the agency works independendly and it is complexed with multi-layered systems and process. These approach is mainly established to maintain uniformity and control within the agency.

Bureaucrization enlarge the efficiency of the agency. The negative point of the bureaucrization is that, there is less flexibility in this form of agency.
