Expert Solution

Abdulla is in the service department and due to some delay services now customers are not happy enough. so he needs to take a quick decision to short out the mess. so he will follow some general decision-making process.

1. he needs to find out the core problem. Whether they are lagging in service or in management?

2. collect the information about the problem. the problem may be related to the service providing or it may be related to the management of the order.

3. Try to short the problems according to their requirements with the help of alternatives. if it is service-related get it done with the help of other service providers.

4. If the alternatives are really effective then think of the internalization. chose the best alternative outside service provider which is efficient enough then try to keep the alternative open for the future.

5. select that service and try to resolve the issue. Try to satisfy your customer if require provide some discount or extra service facility.

6. He can review his decision if it is good and satisfactory then try to implement this process in the future.
