According to my view, any educational institution should not give biased treatments to any type of learner because it is both immoral and unethical.

It is widely accepted fact that in most of the educational and other institutions there are many discrimination like racial, cultural, socio-economically, and gender bias present.

For example, In many Asian countries, girls are not allowed to go to the schools or continue their further study.

Gender bias is also very common in western developed countries.Due to it, women lack I the opportunities as compared to male students.

Simone de Beauvoir gives the reason for subordination to men by traditional women is that our own perception is the main cause of it.He also states that women are equal and essential part of the society and can do anything like men can do but they are not capable to form or organize as a group that can support and stands for their interest and rights. The main reason for this is the flaws and lack in our community, society and work ethics.

In general terms, sex is defined as the genetically and biologically dissimilarity between female and males on the basis of genitalia and genetic structure. One the other hand gender can be defined as the role of male and females in the system. It is known as general identity.

Culture's surrounding influence the expectancy of people living within it.

Because it not only form the structure of society but also make the perception of people about sexual behaviour and orientation, life, death, illness, health, diseases, quality of life, approach to the diagnosis and treatment etc.

Cultural surrounding plays an important role in the development of sexual behaviour and orientation.

It affects any society by influencing cultural beliefs and norms. Due to cultural surrounding food, clothing, living, behaviour etc of people are decided.

Hence, its impacts are vast in any society.

Cultural perspective influences the development of sexual behaviour because cultural surrounding of an individual shapes the perception of his/her identity. For example, the woman of Western countries like U.S, England, France etc is more Frank and independent in comparison to women of Middle East and Indian subcontinent due to their cultural surrounding.
