US has always been known for excellent healthcare services and innovation. But on top of it it is known to have a good spending on social benefits. With lower taxes and more expenditure on healthcare sector, has always cherished by other countreies.

Below figures will tell alot out the US spending compared to other countries.

The total net social expenditure in US is 28.7% of GDP , marginally below france.
