If we talk about humans then human are the who quickly adapt the changes as per the environment required that is the reason which show air-conditioned places in hot countries and heaters in cold countries. Another example is Covid -19 if you can see that this pandemic taught human as to get social distance , how to keep themselves clean and sanitized which shows human have learn to adapt themselves withe the changing environment . These changes are necessary because if they go with flow then there are chances humans will sink themselves

If we talk about organisations , organization need to adapt the changes on the basis of their customer and for the customer and if they don't do so the due to competitive edge scenario they will there customers . These changes and importance of changing environment should be notes by the owners of the organisation. They should as to how and when these are to be made .
