Answer 1- 2 events of discrimination I personally witnessed are-

1. In my previous company, I and my colleague was working in the same position, we both were having same educational degree experience as well as expertise but my salary was quite less than my colleague salary, in this case, there was discrimination happened with me and when I rose the voice then company fired me without any notice.

2. At a shop, once I was refused to serve on the basis of my skin color.

Answer 2-Race , religion, gender,social inequality, are responsible for the social problems. In society individuals are judge on the basis of their skin color like they are white or black, peoples make fun of black peoples in white people dominating countries. Peoples also face the problems of of discrimination on the basis of their social or income status, generally rich peoples are preferred most by the same class of the society , and poor people are disrespected and feels humiliated at big stages. Peoples also feels discrimination on the basis of their religion which they are practicing and sometimes forced by the majority religion to change the religion to accept majority followed religion etc.
