As a Human resource manager following motivational steps i would use to increase engagement and reduce errors at your organization----------

1. Effective communication tools should be use to motivate the employee, this make the employee feel special and he also feel that he belong to that group , this make them more engaged in their task and the employee do their work with more supervision so that error should be minimizred.

2. Appreciation is the another motivation factor that would increase the engagement of the employee towards his work and reduce error .so the appreciation for their hard work make them feel special and also valued and also it motivate them to put their best with less error in their job. motivate the employee by sending them appreciation mail, and also praise him with the public announcement.

3. Rewarding the employee is also one of the motivational factor which make employee more engaged toward his work and also reduced their error, rewarding your employee is one of the best way to show that how happy you are with your employee and his job. effective reward system make your employee feel on the top of the world and they do their task with more supervision and dedication ,rewarding can be in any form either it is monetry or non monetory reward.
