Answer 2. Three stages  of the construction projects are as follows-

a) Design Stage-In this stage the planning and design of the project and indentifying the location of the project and the estimating the how much material and the listing of the material is done and then approval of the design and preparing and reciveing all kinds of permit required.

b) Constrcution Stage-In this first step is the excavation of the land and then progress from preparing the site to the completion of the building and each step is inspected by the project manager.

c) Post Construction Stage-This is the occupancy stage and includes installation of the electrical fittings, furnishing,etc.Then the project is handed over to the the customer.

Answer 3.Three Stages of Architectural Design PRocess of Construction project are-

A)The Conceptualization Stage-This is the intial design process in which the basic requirement and prefrences from the customer is taken and after which is start the design process.It is the most important stage as this sets the base for the entire project.

B)Design Development Stage- In this stage the client give the approval of the intial design and after this we design the in more details.Finalzing the design and other ascepts like planning,material, specification ,placments of things and structural detailing.

C)Construction Documents-This is the final design stage in which we have to produce the detailed dimension drawings including the heating and vetilation systems,plumbing,electrical,etc  which useful for the contractors to read the design and help in reducing the confusion in the site.
