The ethic codes and standards include maintaining high level of compliance of patient information. All the data and information regarding patient disease and treatment procedures should be maintained very confidentially and high level of compliance should be maintained in case of transfer of this information to other stake holders like business partners or other providers. As the data may be in bulk with a large number of patients coming to hospital a separate team of compliance department should be maintained to see nay leakage in the information. The major issue in maintaining these data can be leakage of information through non following of compliance procedures; strict compliance procedures should be followed to avoid these kinds of issues. Any document related to patient should be maintained confidential or should be shredded after the completion of work. Mails should be sent through secure mail option which maintains the integrity of the mail.

   Following these procedures we can follow codes and standard procedures in any health care center.
