The change in tital business strategy has made it cleart that organizations can no more make it big if they are limited to their domestic market only and that is the reason organizations today strive to achieve a global presence in order to have a competitive advantage over its competitors. XYZ Beverages has been trying to expand and they have selected India as their next destination because of the growing market India possess which will give the organization opportunities to make it better and the probability of succeeding in India is also high as they have a huge softdrink consumer base. Thr organization now needs to understand the working condition and by evaluating the below mentioned points they will get a fair idea about what is going on.

a) Employee - Employer relation

India has been in the top 10 industrialzed nation's list and they have an environemnt that favors business because if we look at US organizations in the country we will see that they are doing well. Hence the relationsship between am employee and and employer can be assumed to be good because if the employees who are also an important stakeholder of the business is not satisfied then it is actually difficult to excel. There has been corporated in the country and the corporate culture focus on better employee-employer relationship.

b) Employee Partcipation

We cannot evaluate this on a genaral basis because this depends and may vary based on the type of organization we are evaluating but this is an important aspect that organizations need to look after because if employee participation is high then things become simple for the organization as the effort needs to be put is less and makes the process convenient and the work of the managers are also reduced.

c) Salaries, Wages and benefit

I believe that this is one aspect based on which the organization will benefit because as the population of India is high (Second most populated after China) the organization will have option of skilled employees at a lower cost because of the weak economy and huge competition for even one position. Benefit or profit depnds on how the organization plans to do business and if the plan is to generate more profits in less time then the organization may not succeed depnding on the culture of India but if the organization plans to stay longterm in the market then the organization may yield better results because if we look at the statistics we will notice that organization who have stayed longer in the country has been successful more and they still are sustaining.
