The one objective of the ACA (affordable care act) is to provide affordable insurance options for all Americans means the premium rate must be low so that every American can easily purchase insurance policy for their safety and security and in order to achieve this goal without a large public subsidy it means ACA wants to achieve the goal but ACA do not want to take the large public subsidy without the Government support or a government expenditure on the availability of insurance options to the Americans here the Healthcare Marketplace need to equalise the insurance playing field it means there is a category of people in the insurance field means upto a certain age there is only 5% chance of utilising the insurance benefits after that the chance will take the benefits go on a high rate so insurance company's main objective is to equalise the benefits means 60% of the insurance policies goes to the person who is not going to take the benefits of the insurance policies and the 40% insurance policies goes to those person who are willing or in the stage of taking the benefits of the insurance policies so here the one and the most important challenge in front of a ACA is that how to increase the insurance policies on the basis of certain criteria in my response the optimal Marketplace for the implementation of this plan is the new recruiters in the corporate field and it is a compulsory for or the employed who is taking the benefit of employment allowances and the campus recruitment along with the safety criteria by providing insurance policies and the special benefits and special premium policies to the healthy person by reducing the premium and by giving attractive offer to increase the sale of insurance policies as per the premium rate decided by the insurance policies under the affordable care act.

How would this affect the demand for medical care? Would healthcare consumption increase or decrease? Would we expect this to increase or decrease the price of care? Explain why, theoretically, it is ambiguous that increased insurance coverage could increase or decrease health.
