Individualism refers to being independent, having freedom to think and act on their own without relying on any other person.

Social Justice refers to equality in distribution of privileges to each member of the society.

  1. Individualism applies to being socially responsible in a way that every individual must behave in ethical manner and tries to fulfill their own duties towards the society. If every individual incorporates social values in their day to day actions and tries to work for welfare of society on their own without depending upon others, they can become social responsible on their own. If every individual think for the society and performs the action which are not harmful to the society as whole then they can become socially responsible.
  2. Social justice applies to mandatory requirement of health insurance for all. Social justice means providing equal health care opportunities to all the people without any bias. Health insurance must be provided to each member of the society to save them from costs incurred on any uncertain life accidents. As poor people generally don’t take insurance due to lack of money, in such cases in order to ensure social justice government should take initiative to provide them health insurance.

As per this Act full amount of insurance policy will be paid by the government for the people who cannot afford to buy health insurance policy.
