Here we will get into the topic of managing new product development.
The failed new product that comes to my mind is Google Plus which was launched by Google company a few years back. There are a few main objectives that lead to the failure of Google Plus such as- The first reason was that, a lot of bugs that would disturb the users. The second reason was there were a lot of dynamic changes that kept on happening in the software which people couldn't understand. The third mean objective that led to the failure of Google Plus was errands that were significantly found out in the app. The three biggest objectives that Apple mainly focuses on or give the attention to you are, Apple continuously tries to motivate its employees so that they can work efficiently in an organization. Secondly, Apple tries to keep on innovating new developments in its products. Lastly, Apple tries to focus on consumer behavior, to make sure that they prepare the product according to customer demand.
The new product is very valuable and important to Apple in both ways financially and reputational leave because whenever a new product is launched, people are really attracted to those products and the sales of that product are which financial benefits Apple. the deputation also increases because Apple keeps on innovating its product and which ultimately leads to the market reputation among customers.
