1.Servant relationship is a kind of leadership practices that
enriches life of an individual by creating a caring world. Servant
leadership treated as a behaviour. Such leaders have responsibility
towards employees as individual and organisation as a whole. It is
a potential to heal oneself or others. They are good at listening,
care others, good cooperation with employer, colleagues and
subordinates, work smoothly for organizational goal achievement.
There are various behaviour by which servant leaders
exhibits:-
conceptualizing- Thoroughly understands the organization. For eg-

Ethical behaviour- They follows ethics and do right thing in right
way
Listening- He or she listens receptively to what is being said and
unsaid. Listening also encompasses hearing one’s own inner
voice.
Emotional healing- Giving time to listen others problem and
addressing them
Persuasion- The servant leader seeks to convince others, rather
than coerce compliance.
Commitment to the Growth of People- The servant leader recognizes
the tremendous responsibility to do everything in his or her power
to nurture the personal and professional growth of employees and
colleagues.
