Servant relationship is a kind of leadership practices that enriches life of an individual by creating a caring world. Servant leadership treated as a behaviour. Such leaders have responsibility towards employees as individual and organisation as a whole. It is a potential to heal oneself or others. They are good at listening, care others, good cooperation with employer, colleagues and subordinates, work smoothly for organizational goal achievement. There are various behaviour by which servant leaders exhibits:-
