Organisational goal is the most important thing in the organisation. All the activities are totally depended on the achievement of goals in the organisation. It takes various steps to define a particular goal in the organisation and this is the only reason all the top level management and the planning departments of organisations are totally dependent on framing the particular goal that can be based on the market research and on the basis of the analysis of market policies all the activities are surrounded around the achievement of goal and for this the mission of the organisation defence and the vision of the organisation also works on the same criteria. The value making means the creation of goal oriented values which helps in the achievement of all the steps and small objectives that make a successful organisation.
In the process of the achievement of goal, the operational making progress plays an important role because operational activities means to handle each and every step in making and processing the goods or services for the achievement of goals. Here we are dealing with the labours so that the leadership skill plays a vital role in the establishment of a particular relationship with labours and the behaviour style is also important to judge the nature and temperament of the labourers for workers so that they can work efficiently and effectively in the organisation.
Planning means to decide where we are and where we want to go so this is only reason why we are saying that planning bridges the gap between where we are then we want to go. Planning means to decide in advance what is to be done in future and that's the only reason goal is a futuristic activities so that we have to process in a present so that we can achieve something in future. And the communication also plays an important role in deciding what to do and what not to do. Leading means a proper leadership functionality that is important in the organisation to perform a task means all the small steps that are required for the achievement of goals.
Coordination is really very important because it is the tabulation of particular relations between all the departments in the organisation and it also establish relationships between planning, organising, staffing, directing and controlling in the organisation. It helps in he satisfying relationship to organisation. Evaluation of output, product and development means to measure the objectives carefully and analyse and if there is any deviation then take the steps to find out the corrections the measurement. It means to measure the quality and quantity of the product in an appropriate manner and according to the organisational policies and the set goals of the organisation.
