What are the primary steps in using multi-voting in a team environment to identify priorities or narrow down options from a list of ideas?
In order to use multi voting in a team environment to identify priorities on a narrow down option from the list of ideas, primary steps would be as follows:
1. Firstly, there is a need to pen down all the options which can be selected, all the possible choices the team members have. Then, there is a need to give numbers to every item.
2. Now we will decide the number of choices each person needs to make according to the number of items that are required in the final list.
3. Now every team member would make their number of choices and rank the level of priority according to them.
4. Now finally votes would be tallied and rankings for all the items will be totaled.
5. The clear cut ranking is being made then the procedure will be finished, if any two choices are getting a similar number of votes then the process will be repeated for those items.
6. When finally priority list of all the items is crystal clear, then the procedure will be over.
